Salad, it’s always a salad .

Mostly I have a good outlook on the whole gluten free diet thing. I have found many great recipes, and tasty snacks. Also, most of my food is fresh.

Still, the majority of my meal (at work) stay the same thing, a salad. Little frustrated with it right now.
